There are so many things I just can't wait to share with you.

I have an artpiece honouring takeover tuesday planned too...

all my projects; creating artwork, replying to people, posting in the forums, and the game and movie I have planned, always turn out so well and I always get around to doing it all so quickly and it gets done fast; considering I still haven't completed the villaingrounds art challenge from last year as an example.

hmmm... I am not mad or disappointed or anything, just can't wrap my head around why anybody would react with "scared" to this particular post. Is it that these kinds of blog posts are not substantial enough to share?

@HeroPapaya I can see a possible explanation: The censored numbers together with "There are so many things I just can't wait to share with you."* might have 'provoked' reactions that were 'exaggerated for fun'.
Being familiar with those two, I can't imagine they meant anything mean-spirited by it.

* Have you seen 'Hellraiser' (1987) by any chance?

Actually I haven't, I do like horror. I've seen it referenced a lot though. That's possible :)
(There are many movies I haven't seen.)

@HeroPapaya 'Hellraiser' has... 11 movies. They started out pretty good and became increasingly bad. Later entries are pretty much "trash fires in the form of a movie".

- 1 is good.
- 2 is great.
- 4 is 'actually pretty decent, all things considered'.
- 'Hellraiser X - Judgment' (2018) is... Huh. I don't 'think' it was 'that bad'... I definitely 'watched' it. But I don't remember _anything_ about it. So let's put that down as "extremely memorable..." ;p

The rest is best experienced with your monitor turned to the wall and the speakers on mute. ;)

That reminds me about A nightmare on Elm street.
- The original is my favourite horror movie.
- The sequel is kinda weird, but it's alright. I think I like it.
- I like the third one.
- Fourth is kind of out there.
- I think the world would be a much better place without number five. It could work as some kind of surreal art exhibition, but what the hell, if I wanted to watch that I wouldn't watch a horror movie, especially not an Elm street movie.

I don't want to see any other Elm street movies, it would just further tarnish it's reputation for me.

@HeroPapaya I liked the 'idea' behind 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' - but not the execution. I wasn't much into 'suspense' at the time I first encountered them and ended up only watching the endings for a few - which most of the time seemed like 'lazy writing' to me. (What can I say: I didn't develop my high standards 'yesterday'...)

The only one I 'did' end up watching (because nothing else was on TV that night) was the one with the homophobia (I think 'A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge').
"I was not amused..." to say the least.

How blissfully unaware I was of this. I didn't perceive it as homophobic at all when I saw it.

The original movie resonated with me on a different level since I have experienced periods of insomnia. The entire movie feels like a dream, there's nothing like it to me.

@HeroPapaya Sorry. If I could somehow take that information away again, I'd return you to 'not knowing'.
(I watched the movie 'after' I noticed I was bi, which 'might' have upped my awareness in that regard. And I did not watch the movie as a teen but when I was in my 20s.)
